My career began in training and professional development, partnering with organizations to strengthen teams and build essential skills. I later earned a coaching certification through iPEC, an ICF-accredited program, to provide more personalized support. Over time, I saw a consistent pattern: most leaders weren't struggling with the technical aspects of their role, but with the interpersonal skills—communication, influence, decision-making, and adapting to change. That's when I combined my experience in training and coaching into what I now offer: professional skills coaching that's practical, personalized, and focused on real growth where it matters most.
